Scientific advancement depends on new concepts and technologies. In the neurosciences new concepts are presented first and foremost at specialist meetings for a growing number of sub- disciplines. As a result, opportunities for cross-fertilization and integration of ideas across the neurosciences are few and far between.
NevroNor is therefore pleased to announce a special conference, “New Concepts in Neuroscience”, to be held on May 26-28, 2010 in Bergen, Norway. By bringing together leading scientists on a broad range of topics across basic, cognitive, and translational neuroscience, this conference hopes to be a vehicle for discovery and a source of inspiration.
The conference will coincide with Bergen “Festspillene”, a renowned international festival for the performing arts held only a 5 minute walk from the meeting venue.
