The conference is an interdisciplinary meeting place for innovation and for actors participating in innovation projects, such as the Centre for European Studies (ARENA), the Research Council’s Norwegian Centres of Expertise scheme (NCE) and Programme for Regional R&D and Innovation (VRI), Innovation Norway’s initiative on regional restructuring and regional research funds.
